House Rules

We are open MONDAY – FRIDAY (excluding holidays). Closed on Saturday and Sunday
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm (The last transaction time is 4:30 pm)

• Check in time is 8 am to 4:30 pm
• Check out time is 8 am to 12 noon
• If your pet is being bathed or groomed you have a check out time of 4:30 pm.

We are closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Just a Few Things:

• For the safety of all our pet guests, dogs must be on a leash at all times.
• For the safety and comfort of your cat, please transport feline friends in a secure carrier.
• Please check in or out with the office.
• Sorry. We are not responsible for lost or damaged pet accessories.
• We reserve the right to refuse any pets that are destructive or dangerous.
• For your pet’s enjoyment, feel free to bring one favorite toy. We recommend a Kong
  or Buster Cube.
• For your pet’s safety, please do not provide a toy that your pet will eat or shred.
• Pet must be free of fleas and other parasites and in good overall health.
• For infectious disease management and the health of your puppy, we cannot
  accept dogs under the age of 4 months.
• Owners must provide proof of vaccines for all visiting pets. Dogs require:
  DHLPP, rabies and Bordetella vaccines. Cats require: FVRCP, leukemia,
  rabies and Bordetella vaccines.
